INrich was born out of a deep-seated passion for empowering women and a profound recognition of the transformative power of education.
As the founder, my journey began with a simple yet powerful realization:
women around the world face unique challenges, and many lack the resources and support needed to overcome them.
My inspiration came from personal experiences and the stories of countless women I’ve encountered. I saw the resilience, strength, and potential that women possess, but also the struggles they endure in silence.
These encounters fuelled my desire to make a difference, to create a space where women could gain the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

The Team and Partners

INrich started as a small initiative in NW London and has grown into a global project due to the vast need for this idea. Our founding team is a diverse group of Jewish women from North West London, united by our recognition of the necessity for this project. Through the variety of professionals involved, every Jewish woman is guaranteed to be inspired.
Today, INrich has evolved into a global movement supported by a dedicated team of 60 professionals from around the world. These experts contribute inspirational videos and resources designed to address the diverse needs of women, offering practical guidance on managing stress, building resilience, and nurturing personal growth. We collaborate with professionals, educators, and community leaders to ensure that our content is relevant, evidence-based, and impactful.
As we continue to expand, our commitment remains unwavering. INrich is dedicated to fostering a supportive community where every woman feels valued and empowered. Together, we are breaking barriers and creating a world where women can flourish in every aspect of their lives.
